What
we will be working on …
Reading: Ms. Miller will be leading the reading
lesson this week. The focus will be on
comprehension and retelling the events in a story.
Writing: For the month of November student will
begin working on informative/opinion writing and how to write a paragraph.
Math: This
week students will finish Ch. 3. The
test is scheduled for Wednesday. It will
be on the understanding of multiplication.
Social
Studies: Students
began
learning
about how a
person can become the President of the United States, along with other
information about our government and the Presidential candidates. This will be our focus for the rest of
October and early November.
Homework
This Week
Thursday: Fluency and Spelling Words were sent home for the week.
Daily: Minute Math and read 20 minutes
